All lawsuits arising from or relating to this Terms of Use shall be brought to the Federal District Court of New Jersey (Newark vicinage) or the Superior Court of New Jersey (Bergen County vicinage), and the user must hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
