Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center at Metropark Station

The Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center at Metropark Station – a forward-thinking project that unites healthcare with transportation access in order to benefit New Jersey communities – is a new, ground-up, seven-story high-rise office building comprising medical offices, commercial offices, and parking. It features ground-floor office and retail spaces, three floors of medical offices, three floors of executive offices, and training and conference areas.

This mixed-use, transit-oriented development also incorporates a second new, ground-up, six-story building with five floors of apartment units, ground-floor restaurant and retail spaces, and parking areas, along with residential amenities like a green courtyard.

RSC is providing architectural design services for the core and shell and interior fit-out of the Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center, as well as programming, concept, and planning board submission services for the residential and retail facility.
