Hackensack, NJ – October 4, 2023 – RSC Architects hosted AIA New Jersey’s EPiC (Emerging Professionals Community) Open Studio Series at the firm’s office, with sixty attendees from Kean University, Bergen Community College, and NJIT.
During this panel discussion and walk-through tour of RSC’s office and on-going projects, four RSC staff members shared their perspectives and insights into their experiences as emerging professionals within the A/E/C industry. Topics included career trajectories, professional growth and development, asking for feedback, finding mentors and advocates, and career roadmaps.
