RSC Architects’ design of this new complex incorporates a multi-purpose pavilion and its associated buildings, a wading pool, a play pool, and a lap pool that has the potential for year-round use.
The 23,000 s.f. pavilion contains an open-air ice rink with a walking deck and bleachers, as well as a 10,000 s.f. enclosed building that houses a lobby, a rental area, concessions, a prep area, restrooms, storage, administrative offices, a mechanical room with an office, and a Zamboni room.
The 540 s.f. combined entrance buildings include transaction spaces and a ticket window, concessions, and both cold and dry storage. Guard offices, locker rooms, utilities, and a pump house round out the site’s various multi-functional spaces.
