With a mission to provide guests with a “crafted experience,” the parent company of The Office, Villa Enterprises/404North, retained RSC Architects to design renovations for their Summit and Ridgewood restaurants that would resonate with patrons and enforce the company’s brand.
RSC managed the various aspects of these restaurant renovations, including their code compliance; seating layouts and room capacities; consultants for lighting, food service, security, and communications equipment; kitchen designs and exhausts; and exterior façade treatments.
Some new features of these spaces include an intricate, fully-integrated tap system and modern bar, with forty rotating craft beers; a new kitchen with an open pizza oven and all new equipment; improved exterior signage, lighting, and finishes; and stylized interior graphics, chalkboards, and monitors.
