RSC Architects was engaged to assist Maison Kayser in their continued United States expansion work – bringing their Parisian boulangerie and pâtisserie to ten new locations on the east coast.
RSC reviewed potential locations, designed new shops, and renovated existing locations, many of which incorporated both on-site baking areas and full-service restaurants. RSC also helped to develop new standards for Maison Kayser’s full-service restaurants and grab-and-go shops, along with other back-of-house and commissary projects.
