RSC Architects designed layouts for forty-six Le Pain Quotidien locations throughout New York; Connecticut; Pennsylvania; and Washington, D.C. Headquartered within New York City, Le Pain Quotidien, which means “daily bread” in French, is a privately-held company that prepares fresh bread, baked goods, and beverages that are served in a communal-style table setting.
RSC also designed the renovations to Le Pain Quotidien’s main commissary bakery and distribution center within Long Island City, which prepares the food items for its thirty locations throughout Manhattan.
