RSC Architects renovated a former bakery classroom at the Hudson County Schools of Technology into a new 1,800 s.f. culinary arts classroom with a walk-in freezer/refrigerator, offices, storage rooms, and a toilet room. In addition to the classroom and equipment layout work, this project also involved upgrades to the existing electrical supply facilities.

Since the classroom is directly adjacent to the school’s kitchen, it has been designed to also serve as a supplemental school kitchen area when it is not being used by students. This project was completed and approved by the New Jersey Department of Education.
