This 72,500 s.f. facility includes a three-hundred-seat banquet hall; a sixty-seat fine dining room; a pre-function room with a bar; two bakery kitchens with laboratories; two hot food kitchens; and two garde manger kitchens, where students learn the art of decorative buffet presentation. Its smart classrooms offer the latest in wireless technology and cooking equipment.

The Culinary Arts Institute also boasts a hospitality suite that is outfitted with a guest room and a reception desk, an ice carving studio, a library that houses antique and rare cookbooks, a Business Resource Center, conference rooms, and locker facilities.
