The new Fairview Middle School will be a five-story school building and a significant project for both the District and the larger community, addressing the programming and population demands within the Borough of Fairview and enhancing opportunities for community events and activities.

The new, approximately 128,000 s.f., multi-story school – the outcome of a successfully-passed referendum that RSC Architects coordinated with the District – will serve sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students, and will be located on the south side of English Neighborhood Park.

The building will also incorporate a 23,000 s.f. below-grade parking level in order to accommodate the school’s programming needs. In addition, the Fairview Public School District has requested an additional floor for administrative offices and a multi-purpose meeting room for the Board of Education’s use. This additional floor will be approximately 14,000 s.f. in area on top of the middle school.
