RSC Architects designed this 5,000 s.f. facility as both a senior center with amenities for elderly residents and a community center to host County events and local meetings.
The site contains a bocce court, a playground, walking paths, and parking lots. There is also an outdoor seating area, a covered drop-off area, interior and exterior bathrooms, and a dining space for 160 people, along with a full-service kitchen. Reminiscent of the agricultural history of the site, the design of the building emulates a farmhouse, complete with barn doors, a partial stone exterior, and a pitched roof.
