Understanding that the Borough needed a new Department of Public Works complex to replace its existing, outdated, and undersized facility, RSC Architects designed this 24,183 s.f. campus to include administrative offices, locker rooms, drive-through vehicle bays, a mechanic’s shop, and a storage barn.

In order to minimize costs, pre-engineered structures were utilized in the design of the 10,000 s.f. main building, while its adjacent 5,570 s.f. masonry storage barn congenially fits the character of its surroundings and conceals the adjacent storage yard.
