Valley Medical Group’s goal for this new medical office building was clear – to remain at the forefront of healthcare delivery, to ensure high patient satisfaction, and to provide integrated care. RSC’s incorporated Valley Medical Group’s full programming requirements, serving as a true reflection of the quality healthcare provided inside.

With commercial real-estate underutilized, Valley Medical Group took advantage of a vacant NJMVC site, which consisted of a two-story, 29,00 s.f. building, and turned it into an attractive medical office building. This project required multiple structural upgrades, the redesign of the façade, and MEP upgrades in order to ensure its suitability for healthcare use and appropriate ADA code requirements. The first floor houses a centralized waiting area for cardiology, diagnostic imaging, and a central lab, while the second floor contains OBGYN, primary care, rheumatology/endocrinology, and pulmonology departments. Imaging services, such as nuclear imaging, radiography, bone density scans, and vascular/ultrasound services, are also provided on site.
