The Office Tavern Grill Renovations – Summit
With a mission to provide guests with a “crafted experience,” the parent company of The Office, Villa Enterprises/404North, retained RSC to design a space for its Summit restaurant that would resonate with patrons and enforce the company’s brand.
RSC’s managed the various aspects of this 5,800 s.f restaurant’s renovations, including its code compliance; seating layouts and room capacities; the project’s consultants for lighting, food service, security, and communications equipment; the kitchen design and exhaust; and the exterior façade treatments.
