This state-of-the-art, five-story educational facility complements the surrounding historical architecture within Journal Square, while offering cutting-edge, modern-day culinary arts programs that support the college’s accreditation by the American Culinary Federation.

This 72,500 s.f. facility includes a three-hundred-seat banquet hall; a sixty-seat fine dining room; a pre-function room with a bar; two bakery kitchens with labs; two hot food kitchens; and two garde manger kitchens, where students learn the art of decorative buffet presentation. Its smart classrooms offer the latest in wireless technology and the design of cooking equipment. This 72,500 s.f. facility also boasts a hospitality suite that is outfitted with a guest room and a reception desk, an ice carving studio, a library that houses antique and rare cookbooks, a Business Resource Center, conference rooms, and locker facilities.
