A Fresh Take on Customer Service
In order for Hello Fresh to best provide their subscribers with an optimal customer experience as they experiment in cooking with new flavors, foods, and techniques, their call center needed to afford their employees, trainers, and trainees with an efficient and organized space.
RSC provided Hello Fresh with both design and Architect-of-Record services to fit out their relocated call center on the 10th floor of 3 Gateway Center within Newark, New Jersey. Designed to meet NJ Grow Standards, this project included a lobby, a training room, a break room, open workstations, offices, and conference rooms for approximately 150 employees.
