RSC’s design of this 68,000 s.f. facility for the Bergen County DPW addresses our firm’s master planning efforts for this site, houses multiple divisions, and allows for the decommissioning of an existing DPW maintenance garage.

Located on the current Mosquito Control property within Paramus, New Jersey, this complex features a new vehicle maintenance and storage garage, an administration building, a salt storage structure, a central fueling station, and a 450,000 s.f. accessory yard area. RSC’s use of pre-engineering metal buildings saved both time and money for the DPW, and the site can now accommodate multiple DPW divisions, including the Operations Department, Mosquito Control, Technical Schools, Environmental Services, and the Hazardous Materials Division.
