Investing in an
Improved Public Experience
Civic structures, regardless of function, serve as community lifelines that are intrinsically tied to the health, safety, connectivity, and success of residents. Their longevity requires a dedicated investment – one that RSC continues to make for our repeat and growing municipal client list that spans the state.
Our goal? To create a positive social impact through our architecture within the public realm. Our process? Partnering with the full contingency of a project’s stakeholders – from elected officials and community leaders to public works departments, city planners, council members, special interest groups, facilities staff, and regulatory agencies – to balance diverse needs and make the most informed decisions.
Often, that means designing new judicial facilities, revitalizing community recreation areas, and integrating new emergency services or library functions into neighborhoods in need. At times, it requires seamlessly uniting these wide-ranging programs into a single complex for the public’s use – an area in which RSC is considered an architectural leader.
