RSC’s investment in the health and vibrancy of our local communities is reflected through our civic architecture, which spans 16 of New Jersey’s counties and over 140 municipalities. Our commitment to preserving and expanding these essential services is as enduring as the facilities we work within, which at times can operate 24/7, 365 days-per-year, and decade after decade in order to support the public’s needs. Education
The foundation of RSC was built on the design of teaching and learning environments – spaces where curriculum and academia are met with imagination, discovery, and wonder. Within the past five decades, we’ve amassed a wealth of knowledge from collaborating alongside educators, business administrators, superintendents, boards of education, deans, facilities personnel, and both city and state educational agencies to uncover the design elements that contribute to student success.
The result? Interactive, hands-on, experiential learning settings that place RSC at the forefront of educational architecture for elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges, and universities. A bonus? Being able to tailor these facilities to deliver high-performing STEM, health professions, and vocational spaces for the unique needs of each institution and their students.
Commercial
RSC recognizes that the spaces where we live, work, shop, and convene are multi-faceted and must fulfill our clients’ diverse operational needs, while still offering a cohesive, collective experience for all visitors. Our consumer-oriented designs consider scale and location to ensure that each program fits within the economic fabric of its community, with an emphasis on accessibility, functionality, and productivity.
This holistic approach has broadened RSC’s client portfolio to include workplace, restaurant, commissary, hospitality, distribution, and developer-led ventures that are built to foster community connection now and in the future. Regardless of whether we are retrofitting an existing corporate office, executing a brand rollout for a multi-national retail corporation, or designing a multi-story, mixed-use development, our desired outcome is always high-performing, personalized spaces that inspire.
